2. Study in different parts of your house or even outside. Your brains seek novelty,which means it becomes more alert when you change your environment. Don't always study in the same place.
3. Nourish your brain with plenty of water and fruits. While caffeine is safe foradults, it can cause focus issues, anxiety, insomnia, and nausea in teens.
